The Edmonton Journal is way off them out when they rate this two stars out of five. I found it fascinating, well paced, and emotional to the point where I was a little teary-eyed in a couple of places. A single person performance, (not counting the stage hands )
It is a really great show that I would rate four out of five.

The play last night was absolutely extraordinary. It captured the journey of a young Canadian man who became a pilot in the second world war with such honestly and emotional force. Watching the show made me realize the immense courage these men and women carried -and the heavy toll their service took on them. It was a powerful reminder of the sacrifices made for Canada in the Second World War and all the wars that followed that the Canadians fought in. I am grateful for the story being told so beautifully.
